
Challenging times we’re in. COVID-19 is threatening the fabric of our society and of our food system. We are choosing to stay open and produce good food for our community for the foreseeable future. The cows keep making milk, the hoop house keeps growing greens, and our network of local producers has been delivering to meet the increased demand for staple groceries. We are following the CDC guidelines for best practices. Our whole team always takes food safety very seriously but now we’ve doubled our efforts – we are disinfecting high touch surfaces in the store, dairy, and bakery routinely throughout the day, and we are washing our hands consistently at every transition in our work.
