For us, it’s all about the FLOUR. We grow the grain, mill the flour, bake the bread, and deliver it into the hands of our customers often still warm from the oven. White flour baked goods pale in comparison to our cookies, scones, biscuits, brownies, and breads all  made with our own freshly milled whole grain flours.

The goal of our bakery is not only to fill bellies and please tastebuds – but also to demonstrate, teach, and encourage customers to try using our grains and flours in their own kitchens. To this end we provide RECIPES as well as convenient baking mixes for many of our favorite treats and staples.

Our bread is in high demand and often sells out quickly, see our BREAD SCHEDULE for when our different loaves come out of the oven. You are always welcome to place an order to reserve a loaf.

Cookies: Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate, Cowgirl.

Scones: Maple Walnut, Pumpkin Ginger, Cheesy Herb, Double Chocolate, Seasonal Fruit.

Mixes: Oatmeal Cookie Mix, Brownie Mix, Biscuit Mix, Muffin Mix, Pancake Mix.

Granola: Maple Walnut, Maple Almond, Pumpkin Cranberry, Mango Coconut.

Jams: Strawberry, Strawberry-Rhubarb, Rhubarb, Raspberry, Peach-Ginger.

Also: Brownies, Granola Bars, Seasonal Pies, Shortcake Biscuits, Seasonal Muffins.

Sorrel’s signature Pumpkin Pies (actually made with Upinngil Butternut Squash) are available for Thanksgiving.

Our granola is a favorite with many customers. It’s made with Upinngil Wheat Bran and Maple Syrup.
